Delivery Information

Your guide to scheduling, preparing for, and receiving your delivery smoothly and safely.

1 Scheduling Your Delivery

To schedule your delivery, simply give us a call. We will ask for your name, phone number, delivery address, and preferred payment method.

A responsible adult must be present at the delivery location to accept the shipment. We will contact you beforehand to confirm your order and provide an estimated arrival time.

2 What to Expect on Delivery Day

Upon arrival, our driver will work with you to determine the safest and most practical unloading location.

  • Payment will be collected before dumping.
  • Your signature is required on the delivery ticket.

These steps ensure accuracy, safety, and proper documentation.

3 Payment Options

  • Cash or Check: Pay directly to the driver upon delivery.
  • Credit Card: We text a secure payment link to your phone so you can pay before delivery.
Please note: We strictly follow this policy. No exceptions can be made.

4 Delivery Tips & Requirements

Please prepare your delivery area ahead of time:

  • Clear tree limbs, debris, and sharp objects.
  • Open all gates and remove any vehicles or boats blocking access.
  • Ensure the dumping area is safe and accessible.
We dump in one spot only. Tailgating rock or splitting loads are additional services and depend on site conditions.

Dump sites must have at least 20 ft. of overhead clearance to safely raise the dump bed.

Driveway & Surface Rules

If you request the driver to access a concrete driveway, we require signed permission. We are not responsible for any resulting damage.

We cannot dump in:

  • Buildings or carports
  • Under power lines
  • On uneven or unstable ground

Minimum Clearance Required:

  • 12 ft. tall
  • 12 ft. wide (gate width)

5 Scheduling Notice

For a specific delivery date, please call 2–5 days in advance. For large rock orders, additional notice may be needed based on availability.
